Taking time to know you as we fully invest in your project, is critically important to our process and future relationship. In a collaborative first meeting, we want to learn your vision, lifestyle, budget, timeline, questions and concerns. We will gather all relevant information to successfully set your project into motion.
Whether you have experienced the building process previously, or are a novice, we will guide and educate you through your project, offering our expertise to ensure mutual understanding at the beginning.

Thoughtful building from the ground up.
We will work with you to create an initial concept with our in-house designer, partner architects and engineers. If you are already working with a design team, we will review their plans and provide our expertise to bring those ideas to reality.

Estimates + Budget Management
At Thor Construction, we acknowledge that any building project is a significant financial and personal investment and we are committed to making sure every decision honors that investment. We will develop initial estimates, work and rework designs as needed, understand your priorities and continue to make necessary adjustments to begin building.
