We transformed the entire home, taking it down to the studs from the basement to the roof. A highly functional open concept design wih a contemporary feel was created. Modern features such as a state-of-the-art kitchen, cable railing staircase, and high ceilings with skylights brighten up the space.
We removed the sunken, carpeted sitting area and tore down the original fireplace and spiral staircase. Replacing the picture window with a full wall of sliding glass doors along the outdoor deck, created an inviting indoor/outdoor living environment.
To add valuable living space, we completed a modern basement renovation, featuring a wall of built-in shelving, a laundry nook, full bath, storage under the stairs, concealed utility closets, and an office space.
